Are you ready for the 31 August Transfer Pricing deadline?
If your company has a 31 December 2019 financial year-end, you now have just days to prepare your Transfer Pricing disclosure form.
Disclosure forms must be filed with your corporate income tax return if you’ve had related parties during the financial year and reported total revenue of more than THB 200 million (approx. USD 6.5M).
All related parties of your company must be disclosed, regardless of whether the company transacted with them during the period. You’ll need to carefully consider the definition of related parties in the Revenue Code to ensure complete disclosure.
If Covid-19 had you distracted and Transfer Pricing has slipped your mind, don’t worry: we’re here to help.
To start, we’ve translated the disclosure form into English and Japanese. You can find the English version here and the Japanese version here. You can also read our complete guide to Transfer Pricing in Thailand.
